1. Service Description

ApexBeat.ai provides an AI-powered study platform for medical students in Pakistan preparing for NLE, MBBS, and FCPS examinations. Our services include:

• Curriculum-aligned MCQ banks with Explanations
• Personalized daily study plans based on diagnostic results
• Predicted high-yield topics from past paper analysis
• AI tutor available in English and Roman Urdu
• Spaced repetition flashcards and smart revision
• WhatsApp community for peer support

2. User Accounts and Obligations

2.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others (one account per user)
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our MCQ database
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform

2.3 Account Sharing Detection

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

3.2 Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@apexbeat.ai.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for the duration of their active subscription. Rate changes apply only upon renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

• Use our content for commercial tutoring or competing services
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

Upon termination, your access to Pro features ceases immediately. Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (for international matters) and Pakistan (for local consumer protection). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, or London, UK, at your choice.

10. Changes to Terms
